Technical features:

Surface material :

• Permeable coating in monolayer sealed rubber granules
• Porous aspect
• High attenuation of shocks and sounds

Construction :

• Recommended substrate : a draining and dry asphalt mix (at 3°C)
• Installation conditions : dry weather and temperature of 14°C
• Finishing coat : EPDM granules are bonded together by a specific one-component polyurethane resin in a mixer.
• The bonded granules are applied manually with a trowel or with a Planomatic type paver for large surfaces.
• Total thickness : 7 to 12mm
• Ratio mixing/weight

o   (1) bonding primer : 0,15 kg/m²

o   (2) EPDM granules 1/3 : 9 kg/m²

o   (3) one-component polyurethane resin : 1,8 kg/m²

Colors : 24 different colors

Warranty :  5 years

Maintenance and advice from Maton Sports :

• Easy to maintain, clean regularly with a blower.
• 2x/year : clean with water using a medium-pressure cleaner (max 100 bar)
