Porous asphalt concrete (colored) – indoor tennis court

The “porous asphalt concrete” is a permeable outdoor coating with rapid water infiltration.

The tennis court is grey at the end of production. You can choose 1 or 2 colors among the 10 proposed. In general, tennis courts made of this material are two-colored, mostly red & green. elastomer paint is qualitative, protective and environment friendly. The paint ensures a perfect finish to your court. It allows the player to play in perfect conditions, in security and with aesthetic.

Its component and its construction process make the tennis court non-slip. It provides the player a comfortable and efficient playground with an excellent ball bounce. This surface needs a slight & cheap maintenance because this surface is conducive to the appearance of mosses making the surface slippery.

Technical features

Surface material: Porous colored asphalt concrete : outdoor permeable coating, non-slip, comfortable and efficient.

Construction:

• (1) elastomer protection surface paint for dry extract 250g/m²
• (2) single-layer or two-layer carpets made of 90% of 4/7 sand & binder
• (3) quarry crushed, grain size 060 for 20cm

Materials:

• Substrate: Porous asphalt concrete forming a solid and permeable carpet – fast infiltration
• Slab thickness: from 3 to 8cm depending on the former base, applied in 1 or 2 layers.

Colors: most of the time two-colored (red/green), 10 colors available

Warranty: 5 years

Maintenance and advice from Maton Sports

• Regularly clean the court of all rubbish (leaves,..) with the help of a blower.
• Clean the court 1 to 3 times a year with a specific biocide depending on the needs.
