At the end of its construction, the court is gray. You can choose one or two colors from the 10 colors options available. Generally, colored porous asphalt tennis courts are two-tone, often green and red. The elastomeric paint is of high quality, protective, and environmentally friendly. The paint ensures a perfect finish for your court. Most importantly, it provides players with the opportunity to play in ideal safety and aesthetic conditions.
Its components and construction process make the tennis court, among other things, slip-resistant. It provides players with a comfortable and high-performance playing experience, with excellent ball bounce. Finally, this surface requires minimal and economical maintenance, but it is still necessary. Indeed, this surface is prone to moss, which can make it slippery.
The construction involves laying a layer of porous asphalt concrete (3-8 cm, depending on the existing base) on a stable and smooth foundation. The concrete is then painted with a special acrylic paint to achieve the desired tennis qualities. It is important that the concrete is porous to allow water infiltration, enabling play even in rainy weather.
